PRESENTED AT THE STATE THEATRE
This annual, third year presentation, will host a cast of
over 60 children and youth.
A modern day Wizard of Oz, “I Wish” captures the heart
and minds of children and adults as they are transported into the “Land of the
Dream Keeper” where dreams come true and carousel horses come to life. The play
is the result of a collaborative effort between Carol A. Kitchen and Roseanne
Edmondson.
Midnight, the carousel horse that comes to life is played by
Little Bit, the miniature horse.
Miss
Jenn, Jennifer Stampanoni, owner of (SYF) Stamp Your Feet Performing
Arts Centre’ is the Director, including musical director and
choreographer for “I Wish.” Scott Allen, also of SYF, will be the hip
hop dance choreographer. Both donate their time and talent to this
community program. It is presented under the auspices of the Birdcage
Theatre.
Children, five and up were invited to attend the auditions.
